Refuse to Sink Crisscross Collared Top

Description

This top has a high collar that crosses from under the arm around the neck and to under the other arm. The collar can be folded down or worn high to stop the wind or just look cool! (Front of the shirt is double layer due to the design. My toddler claims this is a massive pocket for holding all the things!)

Fabric is pre-washed without soap, and comes from a dog-friendly home!
