Custom Fabric Pre-buy – Mermaid Mama closes 9/3

Description

You are participating in a custom fabric Pre-buy. Please see the images with the numbers written on them to determine the panel you would like to purchase for your custom nursing /bottle feeding, tandem nursing, or toddler mermaid diaper bum. 

Please note that this fabric pre-buy is larger/has many more options than normal! There are a total of 19 panels to choose from with coordinating fabric in 2 color-ways! For the purpose of this pre-buy, I ask that you simply select which color-way you prefer and then select the exact panel you want. I will be purchasing yardage in both color-ways, and your designation is a gauge to help me purchase the correct amount of fabric. 

Your color-way choice determines your diaper wings and diaper front, the panel choice will be your exact diaper bum. If you have any other specific requests, please note it on your custom form and I will contact you to clarify. 

FABRIC PRE-BUYS
Fabric pre-buys are when you elect to have custom fabric purchased on your behalf. Your custom fabric will generally be shipped within 6-8 weeks of the date the pre-buy has been closed. If anything goes amis with the schedule, you will be notified. If you have any questions, you may contact us at any time for an update. Once you have purchased the fabric for the pre-buy, please fill out the Sun-kissed and Sandy Customs form waitlist. You may be passed over as we wait on your fabric, however you will be bumped to the top of the list when your fabric arrives! You will be contacted to verify the design/style of your custom cloth diaper and invoiced the balance of your diaper. My goal is to have your custom cloth diaper completed and shipped to you within 4 weeks of receiving your fabric. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your purchase will serve as a non-refundable deposit on a custom cloth diaper, and will be used by Sun-kissed and Sandy to purchase your fabric on your behalf. If, for any reason the custom fabric does not run, you will be refunded in full, otherwise the pre-buy is a non-refundable deposit. I will accept cancellation until I have purchased your fabric order for a full refund. To cancel after I have placed your fabric order, but before the run closes, I will refund 50% of your deposit. Cancelled orders after close will result in forfeiting your deposit. HOWEVER, you may elect to transfer your deposit for use with any in-stock fabric or ready to ship item (RTS).
