Aqua / Blue Polar Ice Hooded Dress

Description

This sweet hooded dress is made out of a soft & stretchy high quality 95% Cotton / 5% Lycra that features a blue polar ice print color blocked with a brilliant aqua solid knit. 

All Items in my shop are hand cut patterned pieces that are sewn and finished with care and professionalism. I use very soft fabric tags on all clothing for comfort. 

All fabrics and snaps (where applicable) are Child Product Safety Compliant according to the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) such that all the materials have been tested to be safe for use on children or are exempt according to regulations.
